Hallowe’en Tomorrow and Reminders

Dear Grade 7 Families,

Firstly, I’d like to thank the Grade 7 students for such a wonderful and reverend leading of the Living Rosary this morning. It was a great experience and a beautiful way to pray as a community. We’ve discussed in class what the rosary is and how it is powerful, but here is an article that I think explains this very well. Why Catholics Pray the Rosary

Secondly, tomorrow is Hallowe’en and the students will be coming to school in their costumes. The Grade 7 students are also hosting the ICS Costume Contest and it is bound to be exciting and fun! We will also be having a Hallowe’en Assembly at 2:15pm tomorrow, where students will get the chance to parade their costumes in front of the school, as well as find out the winners of the contest.

Homework assigned today was Math, p.66-67 #s 18-21, as well as the worksheet on Dividing Decimals. If students have any questions or need assistance with these, they can come to school as early as 8:00 am to get help from me.

Lastly, Spirit Day is this coming Saturday, and students will be receiving a letter that indicates which parents will be driving and the arrangements that have been made for Saturday.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the school, send me an email, or comment below.

Take care and God bless,

Ms. Ramirez
